These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and services provided by JustCulture Ltd t/a AudioCulture ("AudioCulture", “we”, “us”, “our”). By booking our services or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We provide audio visual event production services, including but not limited to: sound, lighting, recording, live streaming, and post-production. The specific scope of work, pricing, and timelines will be confirmed in a written proposal or contract before any project begins.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in writing. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking. Final payment terms will be specified on your invoice or in your project agreement.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, written notice must be given. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may incur additional charges for costs already incurred.

5. Liability

We take all reasonable care in providing our services. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from events outside our reasonable control, including venue issues, equipment failure, or third-party delays.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative materials, recordings, and visual assets produced by us remain our property until full payment has been received. Upon payment, you are granted a licence to use the final deliverables as agreed in writing.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
